2. Purpose of Data Collection

processing your application within the scope of the Award. This includes:

● Evaluation by authorized Jury Board members

● Publication of finalist and laureate details on the official Award website (only if
selected)

Access to your submitted data will be limited strictly to:
● Authorized representatives of the Organizers
● Members of the Jury Board, bound by confidentiality obligations
The Organizers will not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties for
commercial or marketing purposes.

4. Jury Board Confidentiality Obligations
All Jury Board members are required to respect the confidentiality of the application
materials they review. Specifically, they agree to:
● Not capture, store, or share screenshots, downloads, or written notes
containing personal, sensitive, or proprietary information from the applications
● Refrain from contacting applicants, their teams, or partners for any
non-Award-related purpose
● Abstain from publicly disclosing any information related to the submissions

they review or vote on, including project names, performance details, and
results
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the Jury Board and
potential legal consequences.
5. Data Retention
Submitted application data will be retained for no longer than one year from the date of
submission, unless otherwise required for legal or archiving purposes. After this period, data
will be securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
As an applicant, you have the right to:
● Request access to your personal data
● Request correction or updates to your data
● Request deletion of your data prior to Jury evaluation (note: this will withdraw your
participation)
